Application Process
The Road to Pre-Approved Vendor Status
Becoming a Pre-Approved Vendor is a multi-year, monitored process designed to ensure only the most reliable businesses are awarded partner status.
Submit Application
The vendor submits an application to become a Pre-Approved Agent. SMB Grant Hub places the application into the review queue.
Track Record Monitoring
SMB Grant Hub monitors the vendor's track record over a 7-year period to assess performance, reliability, and compliance.
Approval Decision
SMB Grant Hub decides whether the vendor is awarded Pre-Approved Vendor status. The outcome is either successful or unsuccessful.
2-Year Wait & Re-Review
If a vendor is unsuccessful at Stage 3a, they must wait 2 years before another review. Stage 3b is repeated until SMB Grant Hub approves the vendor.
